Luke is the GM of Data Store at LiveRamp. He specializes in business development and partnerships, revenue generation, and product and operations. In particular, he has strong experience in audience development, data, measurement and analytics businesses.
Prior to joining LiveRamp, Luke was SVP, Data & Product Strategy at Collective, Inc., where he led data and research strategy for the multi-screen advertising company. Previously, Luke was VP, Data & Partnerships at Experian Hitwise, a global internet measurement firm, where he also held other leadership positions in sales, client services and product management as the business grew. Luke holds a BA from Colgate University and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
