Rob Pierre is the co-founder and CEO of Jellyfish, a fast-growing digital agency whose clients include Nestlé, Experian, Toyota and Samsung. Since its inception in 2005, Rob has grown Jellyfish to over 450 staff working across ten offices in Europe, the U.S. and South Africa and with headquarters in The Shard.
In the last year alone, Jellyfish has featured in The Sunday Times International Track 200, City AM’s Leap 100, the FT1000 and has picked up numerous Agency of the Year awards. On an individual level, Rob has achieved a place in the BIMA 100 and the Digerati, recognising both his passion for digital and contribution to the industry.
Rob prescribes to the concept that more is lost from indecision than wrong decisions and as a result has created an environment where people are encouraged to challenge process and innovate. In recent months, Rob has been rolling out a new agency vision, to grow Jellyfish into the ‘world’s biggest boutique agency’, offering clients everything they would expect from a smaller agency; autonomy, flexibility and accountability, while delivering scale and international reach.
