Please be aware that LiveRamp, sponsors, and partners will be taking photographs and video in public areas of the conference (session rooms, RampUp Lounge + Hub, reception events, etc.). We/they may use such media in business-related materials and publications. Your image and the sound of your voice may be recorded. If you are identified during the recording, or identify yourself by name, that information may be included in our materials. Recordings may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, and/or distributed.
In association with attending RampUp 2025, you will have the option to download the mobile app to help you communicate with attendees, navigate the conference, and plan your schedule. LiveRamp has engaged Cvent Inc. to host the app.
By attending the event, certain personal information is automatically added to your profile in the app and visible to other attendees, LiveRamp, sponsors, and partners. The personal information in your profile includes name, job title, and company.
All attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees throughout the conference and at any surrounding events, such as breakout sessions and on chat boards. Please review the Code of Conduct for more details.
While attending RampUp 2025, you may choose to have your badge scanned by LiveRamp, or a sponsor partner. By allowing LiveRamp or a sponsor partner to scan your badge, you are consenting to the disclosure of personal information to them (including name, email, phone number, job and employer-related information) and you may be contacted by them in the future. The privacy practices of the sponsor partner collecting your information governs their use of your data. Please refer to their privacy policy for more information or to exercise choices with respect to the use of your personal data.
LiveRamp will also collect information through scanning badges at session and event entrances to understand attendance patterns and to improve logistics at future events. This information will not be shared.
