  • Venue

    • Where is the event taking place?

      RampUp will be hosted at both the Fairmont San Francisco and the Masonic.

    • Pre-conference

      The entire pre-conference check-in, lunch, and opening keynote will be hosted at the Masonic on Monday, March 5. The remaining portion of the pre-conference will be held at the Fairmont.

    • RampUp Martech Conference

      On Tuesday, March 6, the morning/closing keynotes and after party will all be at the Masonic. All main day breakout sessions and lunch are hosted at the Fairmont.

    • How do I get there?

      Uber and Lyft are easy and affordable ways to get to, from, and around San Francisco. If you’ll be driving or taking public transportation, directions are available here.

    • Will there be parking available the Fairmont?

      Yes, but at the expense of the driver. The Fairmont San Francisco hotel garage is located on the corner of Powell and California Streets.

      -Valet parking for guests is $58 USD ($67 including tax) per night with unlimited access; rates subject to change.

      -Parking for visitors is $5 USD for every 20 minutes with a 24-hour maximum of $58 USD.

      -Parking fees are subject to a 14% city tax.

    • How do I reserve a room?

      It’s easy! Rooms are available at a discounted rate, exclusively for RampUp attendees. Just click here to start your booking—the discounted rate will already be applied if you click through our link.

    • I need to cancel or change my hotel reservation.

      Call the Fairmont directly to make any changes to your hotel reservation: (415) 772-5000. For all other information about the venue, check out our venue page.

  • Pre-Event Preparation

    • How do I stay up to date on RampUp?

      There will be a RampUp 2018 mobile app available two weeks before the event, all other event updates can be found on this website.

    • What is the appropriate attire?

      We like to think of our conference as business casual—jeans are not only acceptable, but encouraged! As for the receptions, feel free to dress up a bit more, or just wear what you wore to the conference.

  • Registration

    • Where is onsite registration?

      Onsite registration will take place in the Fairmont garden room lobby floor and the Masonic Foyer on both Monday and Tuesday.

    • What are registration hours/when does online registration close?

      On Monday, March 5th, onsite registration opens at 10:00am in the Fairmont garden room and the Masonic Foyer.

      On Tuesday, March 6th, onsite registration opens at 7:00am in the Fairmont garden room and the Masonic Foyer.

      Online registration closes Saturday, March 3rd, at 11:59pm. Onsite registration will be available on Monday and Tuesday during regular registration hours.

    • I can’t go. Can I get a refund/transfer my ticket?

      There is a link on your confirmation email that will allow you to transfer your ticket. Please update all requested fields in order for your ticket to transfer completely.

      Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds.

  • Pre-conference

    • How do I sign up for the pre-conference?

      You’ll be able to register for the pre-conference when you purchase your ticket to RampUp. You will also be able to select which track you wish to attend at that time.

    • Who is the pre-conference intended for?

      The pre-conference is limited to LiveRamp customers and partners. The tracks have been curated for five audiences: brands & agencies, publishers, data owners, platforms, and advanced TV. For questions about which category to select, please reach out to your LiveRamp contact or email us at RampUp@LiveRamp.com.

    • What time should I arrive for the pre-conference?

      On the evening of Sunday, March 4th, we are hosting a pre-conference reception for attendees at 6:00pm in the Crown Room at the Fairmont Hotel.

      On Monday, March 5th, at 12:00pm, the pre-conference will promptly start with lunch in the Foyer of the Masonic.

    • Can I sign up for more than one track on the pre-conference day?

      No. The tracks are specifically tailored for the different types of LiveRamp customers and partners: brands & agencies, data owners, technology platforms, publishers, and advanced TV.

  • Schedule

    • How many days is RampUp?

      RampUp itself is a one-day event. However, for select attendees, there is a pre-conference the day before.

    • Where do I find the agenda?

      We’re still busy building the agenda but check back here for more details very soon!

    • Will there be recordings of the sessions made available?

      Yes! We will be recording all sessions and making them available after the conference. We’ll be shooting out an email to all attendees and registrants as soon as those recordings are ready and available.

    • Where are the opening and closing parties?

      We’re glad you asked!

      Our opening reception will be at The Exploratorium, San Francisco’s famed interactive museum exploring art, science and human perception. Shuttles will be available outside the Masonic Music Hall immediately following the closing keynote. Pick ups are available on a continuous basis, taking you to and from The Exploratorium back to the Masonic.

      Our closing reception will be at Masonic Music Hall, a legendary venue that has welcomed Beck, Bill Murray, and now, you! RampUp’s final keynote will also take place here so you’ll be just steps from the party.

    • How do I register if I am a sponsor?

      Once you confirm your desired sponsorship by emailing RampUpSponsors@LiveRamp.com, the LiveRamp team will provide you with a log-in to your sponsorship portal. You will be able to register attendees, pay for your sponsorship, and keep track of your deliverables through that portal.
