Hybrid event
How can I attend this year’s event?

This year’s event will return to the Fairmont hotel in San Francisco. We’re excited to see everyone in person once again and are dedicated to providing a safe and excellent experience. Not able to travel? Don’t worry, as this year’s event will also be live-streamed right to your computer. To access, you can register as a virtual attendee. All in-person registrants have access to our event platform as well, so you can attend both in-person and virtually.

Safety
What will RampUp be doing to help keep participants safe from COVID-19?

We take your comfort and safety seriously. Check out our webpage dedicated to COVID-19 safety information that will be updated as needed.

Measures on-site include:

– Proof of vaccination will be required for entry, per orders by the city of San Francisco.

– Masks required while indoors, except for while actively eating or drinking, and will be provided if needed.

– Sanitization stations will be placed throughout the venue.

How do I register?

What ticket options are available?

We have two options for tickets this year.

– An all-access pass that includes on-site access to watch our sessions live at The Fairmont, San Francisco, in addition to virtual access to watch our sessions online.

– A virtual-only pass that allows attendees to stream the content live without attending the event in person.

How do I know my registration is complete?

Once you have registered for RampUp, you will receive an email via Hopin, our event platform, to ask you to confirm your place. Click on the ‘Verify’ button in the email, and accept the Hopin platform Terms and Conditions in order to secure your place at the event.

Venue
Where is the event taking place?

We’ll be hosting RampUp at the Fairmont hotel in San Francisco (950 Mason Street, San Francisco, CA 94108). More information on the venue can be found here.

How do I get there?

Uber and Lyft are easy—and affordable—ways to get to, from, and around San Francisco. If you’ll be driving or taking public transportation, directions are available here.

Will there be parking available at the Fairmont?

Yes, but at the expense of the driver. The Fairmont San Francisco hotel garage is located on the corner of Powell and California Streets.

Valet parking for guests is $58 USD ($67 including tax) per night with unlimited access; rates subject to change

Parking for visitors is $5 USD for every 20 minutes with a 24-hour maximum of $58 USD

Parking fees are subject to a 14% city tax

Will there be recordings of the sessions made available?

Yes! We will be recording all sessions and making them available after the conference. All attendees and registrants will receive an email as soon as those recordings are ready and available.

The LiveRamp Innovation Studio consists of special sessions focused on the LiveRamp products and solutions geared toward different parts of the marketing and tech ecosystem.

How do I sign up for the LiveRamp Innovation Studio?

If you’re registered, you’re already signed up! Attending the Innovation Studio is included with admission.

Who is the LiveRamp Innovation Studio intended for?

The LiveRamp Innovation Studio is intended for those who want to learn more about LiveRamp products and use cases.

What is the appropriate attire?

We like to think of our conference as business casual—jeans are not only acceptable, but encouraged! 

As for the receptions, feel free to dress up a bit more, or just wear what you wore to the conference.
